Pantego is an incorporated area that is nestled snuggly between US hwy 360 and interstate 820 in Arlington, TX. Pantego is a small quiet neighborhood that has several things to do if one is so inclined. One of the best things to do in the neighborhood is the Bicentennial Park. This beautiful park has amazing walking trails, statues, gazebos, and it just a beautiful sight to behold.
Another nice fact about this quaint little neighborhood is that since it is in Arlington, there are lots of things to do in the neighboring cities of Dallas and Ft. Worth. If there are small children in the household then a trip to the nearby Clarence Foster Park play area would be a great outing for about one hour or so. The park has a playground and a wet area for the kids to run around in and cool of from the hot summer sun. Don’t forget the sunscreen, because the wet area is not shaded.
There is also another park close by that has about 2.5 miles of bike and hiking trails through it. This park is called Linear Park North and South. If you need a walk, jog, run, or bike ride then Pantego is only minutes away for a few minutes or hours of exercise or relaxation.
